Dwell Equity Group LLC was founded in 2016 to own / manage our investment portfolio and compliment our sister company Ultraclean, Inc. Ultraclean started in 1989 by Michael J Harper Sr and is now driven daily by his sons Michael J Harper Jr and Samuel D Piedmont.

Using our 30+ years of business experience in the Speciality Cleaning / Environment / Demolition business it was an easy transition to enter in the real estate development / investment business. The same disciplines that make Ultraclean successful like customer driven, fair pricing, quality services and commitment to schedules made it a smooth start-up.

Our focus through Dwell Equity as a construction / development company is long-range, positive cash-flow, asset-focused, pushing to maximize value while maintaining a high standard of work, handling many of our construction needs internally within the Dwell Equity / Ultraclean Inc employee network. We can't do it all so do hire highly qualified sub-contractors to perform our licensed trade work and assist in aggressive schedule overload.  

Dwell Equity has both expanded and evolved to handle work outside of our own portfolio, providing general contracting, project management, & consulting services for a wide array of projects. From residential rehabs, to condo & single-family home updates, commercial build-outs, and more, Dwell Equity Group / Ultraclean Inc. can handle all your construction needs!
